Welcome to MC Fitness Coaching!
My name is Megan Clare (aka Meg), and I am a qualified Personal trainer, Level 1 – CrossFit trainer and currently studying Nutrition. I am incredibly passionate for fitness and overall health for all.
Growing up I loved being involved in sports such as dancing, netball, waterskiing and CrossFit. My current passions lie in CrossFit, Wakeboarding and being as strong, fit and healthy as I can be.
My journey with health and fitness began when my parents introduced me to CrossFit at a young age. Since then, I have watched and learned so much about fitness, nutrition and promoting longevity through training.
Personally, I have experienced first-hand the benefits that physical exercise can do for not only your physical health but your mental health too. I strongly believe that fitness training can help make you feel amazing inside and out.
I feel incredibly privileged to share my passion and knowledge with all the beautiful individuals ready to take on their fitness journeys with me.
